Colleen Passetto, LICSW is a neurodivergent community-focused therapist based in Berkshire County in Massachusetts. With over ten years of clinical and therapeutic experience, she works with various age groups, including children, adults, adolescents, aging individuals, and families. Colleen specializes in addressing mental health needs related to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, terminal illness, cancer, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, ADHD, autism, and compassion fatigue. She offers a non-judgmental and trauma-informed approach, emphasizing clients’ strengths and interests.


Colleen also has over 14 years combined of experience providing case management, Mentoring, Community Supports, Intensive In-Home Therapy, Intensive Hospital Diversion, Clinical Outpatient Therapy and supervising teams who had provided various range of Family supports in the Community. Prior to going into the mental health field, Colleen also had worked in retail for over 15 years providing retail management as both a store Manager and District Manager.


Colleen Graduated 2015 from Springfield College School of Social Work in Springfield, Massachusetts with her Masters in Social Work. In addition, Colleen graduated:


  • 2013 from Our Lady of the Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts with her Bachelors in Social Work.
  • 2011 from Berkshire Community College located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts with her Associated in Human Services.
